Sunflower Seeds from European sunflowers. Sunflower crops require little water to grow & provide a natural habitat for wildlife. The seeds are gently pressed to make sunflower oil. The husk is used to give energy to (biothermal fuel) to 20 houses. The left over protein & fibre is used to make textured sunflower mince.
Cooking Instructions:
Pour the mince into any sauce. It can be a tomato based sauce, a creamy sauce and gravy-like sauce. Add an extra 1/2 cup of water. And cook for about 5/10 minutes.
