Organic Quinoa 100%, Dark red (30%), White (40%) Black (30%)
Use 2 parts water to 1 parts Quinoa grain
Rinse, add to pan, cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, set the lid just ajar and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
