Organic nori seaweed is certified organic and sustainably hand-harvested off the coast of Ireland. Commonly used to make sushi wraps, as well as the Welsh favourite laverbread in the UK. A popular seaweed worldwide due to its use in making sushi. Nori is a dark green seaweed when dried, with a lighter colour when rehydrated with a rich earthy and umami flavour. Use dried or toasted, either as a wrap for sushi, or sprinkled on soups, salads and a variety of dishes. It can also be added to during cooking for a rich umami flavouring and used as an addition to biscuits, oatmeal or bread.

This product has been tested for pesticides, artificial fertilisers, heavy metals, e.coli, yeast, mould, salmonella and foreign matter. This product contains no bulking agents, added sugar, palm oil or GMO.

All dried food orders are packed in home compostable brown paper bags.

Food labels can be recycled.

Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. These food items will be double bagged to prevent natural oils seeping through onto other items, however, this may still occur.

We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
