Desiccated coconut is coconut meat which has been shredded or flaked and then dried. great addition to baking. It is high in natural fats, low in sugar and keto friendly. Use in baking, blend into smoothies or add to curries.

We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
