*Plain flour, *Coconut Sugar, *Raisins, *Currants, *Sultanas, *Cranberries, *Ground Almonds, *Lemon & Orange Peel, *Nutmeg, *Cinnamon, *Mixed Spice

Per 500g add wet ingredients:
75g Butter
1 Large egg or Chia Seed Gel/ Flax Egg
100ml Milk/Plant Based Milk or Orange Juice or Alcohol
Method:
Add melted butter into the Christmas cake mix
Add 1 egg or egg substitute and your liquid
Mix thoroughly
Bake at 180° for 1 hour (check at 45mins, possibly drop to 160° for 30 mins) per 500g mix
